Roxanne began her career in cooking and hospitality at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America. With a deep appreciation for local and seasonal ingredients, she has worked in upscale farm-to-table restaurants in the Midwest, New York and Maine.
She returned home to Marquette in 2024 with her partner and son.
